空压机设备问题往往集中在油路循环系统、气路循环系统、水循环系统、其他系统这几个方面。所以,本节对这几个系统进行简要的分析,并提出了相应的维护措施。
Air compressor equipment problems often focus on oil circuit circulation system, gas circuit circulation system, water circulation system and other systems. Therefore, this section briefly analyzes these systems and puts forward corresponding maintenance measures.
(1)对油路循环系统的维护

Before the air compressor is put into use, each system needs to be tested to ensure the normal operation of the air compressor. The oil circuit circulation system of the air compressor provides lubricating oil for each element of the air compressor. Therefore, the normal operation of the oil circuit system of the air compressor can greatly reduce the wear between devices, so as to improve the service life of the air compressor. In the process of air compressor maintenance, the first is the daily inspection and maintenance of the oil circuit circulation system. The purpose of this work is to ensure that all parts of the air compressor have good lubricity and avoid excessive wear and loss during operation. Maintenance personnel shall check the lubrication degree of various parts inside the air compressor. If the lubrication is insufficient, lubricating oil shall be added in time to ensure the balance between temperature and oil pressure in the air compressor and avoid excessive wear of parts due to insufficient lubrication [3].
